1Arrival & Departure

Early arrivals and late departures may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and applicable charges. For a guaranteed early check-in, we recommend reserving the room from the previous night.

2Guest Identification

In accordance with government regulations, all guests are required to present valid photo identification upon arrival.

• Indian Nationals: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID
• International Guests: Passport with valid visa

Kindly note: PAN Cards are not accepted as valid identity proof.

3Reservations & Payments

To ensure a confirmed and personalized experience:

• A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking
• The balance amount must be settled prior to check-in
• A token amount (if applicable) is non-refundable
• All incidental expenses are to be settled at the resort during departure

We accept payments via major credit/debit cards and cash, in accordance with applicable regulations.

4Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that travel plans may change. Our policies are designed to remain fair while maintaining operational commitments:

• Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to arrival are eligible for a 25% refund of the advance paid
• Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival are non-refundable
• Bookings made via travel agents or online platforms are subject to their respective terms in addition to Resort policies
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original booking source

Refunds, where applicable, will be initiated upon receipt of a written request and may take 30–45 business days to reflect in the account. Bookings made through travel partners will be processed via the respective agency.

5Children & Additional Guests

We are pleased to welcome families:

• Children up to 6 years stay complimentary
• Ages 6–12 years: ₹1000 per night (inclusive of extra bedding)
• Ages 12–18 years: ₹1500 per night
• Additional adults: ₹2500 per night

Taxes are applicable as per government regulations.

6A Note on Comfort & Courtesy

To preserve the tranquil ambiance of the resort:

• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted
• Pets are not allowed on the premises
• Unregistered visitors are not permitted in guest rooms

We request all guests to maintain decorum and respect the privacy and comfort of others at all times.
